Michelle Crenshaw has a passion for people! This passion has driven her more than a fifteen-year career in Customer Service and Human Resources. For the last two years, Michelle has been consulting small businesses in all facets of HR among many industries. Prior to that, Michelle worked in Education, including being an Adjunct Faculty Member with a local San Diego online University.

The V&A Team has benefited from Michelle’s team development skills on a consulting basis. Diving into DiSC training, for which Michelle is a certified trainer, the team is growing in unique and exciting ways. Michelle’s role represents V&A's continued commitment to culture, talent development, and retention. Cory Dow has more than ten years of experience working in the water and wastewater industry and holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He brings a wide range of knowledge and experience from a variety of projects, including water reuse, wastewater treatment, and infrastructure. His technical expertise ranges from planning level studies to detailed design.
