V&A provided extensive flow monitoring and smoke testing services to EBMUD throughout Oakland, Piedmont, and Berkeley. 

Flow Monitoring

V&A installed 104 flow meters at specified locations determined by EBMUD throughout the regional wastewater collection system including; Piedmont, Berkeley, and Oakland. V&A installed flow meters at the locations identified by EBMUD and provided detailed inspection results for each location. V&A performed all necessary site inspection, installation, calibration, maintenance, and removal of the meters.

Smoke Testing

V&A provided smoke testing services in Berkeley and Oakland as requested by EBMUD. All observed points of exfiltration were noted, photographed, mapped, and presented in a final electronic report. Exfiltration points were referenced and dimensioned to a permanent structure or landmark
