Since joining V&A in 2022, Michelle has redefined the employee experience through initiatives that promote engagement, growth, and well-being. She expanded V&A’s benefits, including paid parental leave and modernized the performance review process to support retention and professional development. In 2024, she was invited to speak at PSMJ’s Talent Max conference on aligning people strategy with business growth.
