Brian is a licensed civil engineer with more than 23 years of experience in condition assessment and the design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including cathodic protection systems. He leads V&A’s Southern California operations, applying deep technical knowledge to projects involving large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, and hydroelectric systems.
