Brian Ball is the Eastern Regional Manager for V&A, with experience since 2003 in condition assessment and asset management for water and wastewater utilities. A Marine Corps veteran and licensed civil engineer, Brian has worked as a consultant, inspection specialist, and utility asset management leader. He leads the development of condition assessment programs nationwide, delivering data-driven insights that support long-term infrastructure planning and maintenance.
