Angel has experience as a structural engineer and project manager since 2002. His background includes the planning, design, and construction of residential, commercial, military, and telecommunications facilities. At V&A, Angel leads the Western Region and contributes his structural engineering expertise to strengthen the firm’s condition assessment and flow monitoring practice areas.
