South Hillsborough Co Water Transmission Pipeline Seg B.
V&A performed comprehensive geotechnical and engineering assessment for a seven-mile pipeline alignment. This includes conducting field resistivity testing to evaluate soil characteristics and potential corrosivity along the proposed route. Based on the results of the resistivity testing, V&A performed a detailed soil corrosivity report to inform the design of an effective cathodic protection system. The pipeline was installed using open trench construction, necessitating thorough analysis and planning to ensure long-term durability and safety of the infrastructure.
